Same thing to me. Selling. People. :)
I present on this from time to time, too. But then, I spent 7 years in B2C and 9 years in B2B and now have to talk to both sides of the aisle.

Hi Chris, thanks for your comment! I totally agree with you, only for us in the association industry specifically (as opposed to nonprofit generally) we're talking about business-to-members or potential members, as opposed to business-to-customers (eg general public) - but it is really all semantics, in all cases the "b" is trying to add to its value proposition, to whatever audience it's trying to reach...
