If not, you should be. Set up alerts for your name, your organizations'name, industry keywords, etc. and see what's being said about you on the world wide web.
And you can now get them via RSS feed! This all just gets easier and easier.

Google Alerts are great! Another trick I've found helpful is to set up alerts to show me when people link to our blog or main website ... I find that it shows me some places that are linking to us without mentioning us by name. The better to thank them for linking to us ...
