Go Lindy! Awesome article! I'll have to give you my ASHA clattering teeth (speech--get it?).
Slam dunk! Love the message in particular: Word-of-mouth ... not a campaign. It's a way of doing things. It's a way of thinking about what you do so that you build forwardability and viralness into everything you do.
