I think that the smaller the association staff, the more likely that model is to work, though--which is unfortunate because the larger the association, the more important it is to have all departments working together. <BR/><BR/>Who knows--maybe social media/community managment will be the thing that eventually cracks the silo paradigm for associations!Maggiehttp://mizzinformation.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
